Rex has worked in the real estate industry for over 30-years in various capacities ranging from opening and owning a RE/MAX residential real estate brokerage office in Scottsdale AZ to working as a business and tax consultant to homebuilders and commercial real estate developers.
He has successfully completed the Certified Public Accountant exam, the Colorado real estate broker exam, the Arizona real estate salesperson exam and the International Code Council Class B Building Contractor exam.
Rex has held the positions of Office Managing Partner of an international CPA firm, Corporate Officer of a publicly-traded NYSE-listed national homebuilder and Business Strategist / shareholder of a successful Internet company that was purchased by AOL-America Online.
Rex is co-owner of Legacy Realty Of Colorado and holds the position of employing real estate broker.
About Judy
Originally from Chicago, Judy is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago.
While living in Downtown Chicago, Judy was employed assisting traders on the floor of the Chicago Merchantile Exchange. Subsequent to working at the Merc, Judy traded S&P E-Minis stock market index futures contracts as a day trader for her own account.
Outside of the business of real estate, Judy has attended culinary school, owned and operated a professional children's portrait studio, completed massage therapy school, received postartum doula training, and is certified in aromatherapy.
Judy is co-owner of Legacy Realty Of Colorado and is a licensed Colorado real estate broker .

A couple of years back, we were of the opinion that the world could use a few changes.After reviewing numerous volunteering alternatives, we choose to volunteer for Moving To End Sexual Assaultalso known as the Boulder County Rape Crisis Center. After going through a training course, we both volunteered as Rape Crisis Hotline telephone counselors for over a year.
In addition, Rex volunteered as a Sexual Violence Prevention Educator. Rex has made over 40 presentations to over 1,000 Middle School and High School students through-out Boulder County. In recognition of Rex's volunteer work, the Boulder Chapter of the National Federation of Business and Professional Womenbestowed upon Rex their 2005 Man of the Year Special Merit award.
We have spent hundreds and hundreds of hours photographing Boulder, gathering information about Boulder and writing about Boulder. We have spent countless early mornings programming this web site incorporating all of this.
