Arapahoe Ridge consists of two-different condo projects both constructed in 1978. On one side of the street are the smaller square footage, more densely configured units, while on the other side of the street are units approximately twice the square footage with a small "yard" for each condo. Interestingly, the per square foot selling price is about the same. The first group of pictures below are of the larger condos. If you hold your mouse over the picture for a few seconds, a caption stating "Arapahoe Ridge New" will appear. The small unit pictures are captioned "Arapahoe Ridge Old". The larger units are much like patio homes in their size and features. As you can see by the pictures, some are very nicely landscaped. Both "Old" and "New" include garages. The common areas at both complexes are well maintained and look nice. The location is next to the Flatirons Golf Course and close to the Eisenhower Elementary School.
