Built in 1956, the 620 Pearl Residences Condos are at the western edge of Pearl Street's West End. It is a very convenient location. Neighborhood shops, restaurants, a grocer, etc. are all within walking distance. An unusual feature of this complex is the drive-through access to the 624 Pearl Residences Condos directly to the south. The overall building has been renovated in the past upgrading windows, etc. Great location!
