The 624 Pearl Residences Condos were built in 1985 as high-end condos at the time.  They actually front Canyon Blvd, but are accessed from Pearl Street via an unusual drive-through provided by the 620 Pearl Residences Condos.  This is a great location for walking access to the Pearl Street West End and its host of shops, restaurants, grocer, etc.  The quality of construction is high and is reflected in the pricing.  The first level is a parking garage.  Each unit has a balcony some of which have been enclosed for additional living space.  Nice units, nice location.
